It's great to meet you!
For more than 20 years, I've been a leader, manager, and mentor for over a hundred colleagues. Over that time, I've always been most fulfilled when helping others see and strive to reach their potential.

My leadership roles have been in tech, retail, politics, and agency life, largely focused on research and analytics teams. The varied industries, scale, and demands at companies including Peloton, Meta/Facebook, Gap Inc, and Target have gifted me a depth and breadth of experience that I bring to working with each of my clients.

My coaching superpowers are navigating stakeholder relationships, guiding key moments like promotion nomination, and preparing for interviews or presentations. I also provide coaching support for more broad career path strategy and help parents navigate work-life balance. When appropriate, I root my coaching in the Designing Your Life curriculum, especially when working with students at key life transition points.

I'm a mom to three girls, currently spanning elementary through high school stages, and bring that perspective to coaching parents. A former collegiate athlete, I find personal fulfillment in marathon running and am currently training for my first Ironman triathlon.
